Public Hearing May 14, 2020 – Website and Social Media Post

The Town Government is taking special precautions to maintain the public health by following the Phase 2 Reopening Guidelines issued by the Governor’s office. The Town requests that those wishing to attend the meeting in person reserve seating in advance by emailing the Clerk Treasurer’s office at [email protected] prior to 8:00 a.m., May 13, 2020.
Phase 2 Reopening Guidelines allow for a maximum of 25 attendees. If the maximum number of attendees has not been met at the time of the meeting, the Town will allow for additional attendees until the maximum number of 25 is met. Additionally, the town asks that those who are in the high-risk population for contracting Covid-19 and those not feeling well please not attend in person.
A live broadcast of the meeting may be viewed remotely by selecting our live broadcast link. The live broadcast does not offer controls for public participation. The public may email comments to the Clerk Treasurer’s office at [email protected] Questions and comments relevant to the topic of the public hearing will be presented to the Town Council at the time of the meeting and responses will provided within the live broadcast. Please understand that only those questions and statements which are relevant to the topic of the public hearing will be addressed.
