The Town of Bargersville Board of Zoning and Appeals is organized for the purpose of providing.....
The Board of Zoning & Appeals consists five members appointed by the Town Council and County Commissioners, as per statute. Currently the board has four members and one vacant seat.
The Board of Zoning and Appeals meets quarterly on the 4th Monday of month, or monthly on an as needed basis in the Town Hall Boardroom located in the Bargersville Utility Building at 24 N. Main Street.
