Bargersville Activity and Festival Association (BAAFA)
Open meetings are held the second Thursday of every month in the Town Hall Boardroom at 7:00pm. Anyone interested in becoming a member of BAAFA may pay an annual dues of $5.00 and complete a Membership Application. This will give you the opportunity to vote for the election of new officers.
If you are interested in helping with the festival, or just want general information, please contact Dianna at ladylfoot@netscape.net or any of the committee members noted below.
Following is a list of activities and opportunities that are available for you to become a part of the festival:
Salute to the Troops
Join us as we honor all of our veterans. The Master of Ceremonies from your Indiana Army National Guard Greenwood recruiting office. More information can be found by clicking here .
Please join us as we pay tribute to all of our troops and veterans!
Baby and Kids Contest
Any parent that is interested in entering their child into the contest, please complete and submit the Baby and Kids Contest Entry Form.

Queen Contest
The Queen contest will be held again this year, courtesy of your Indiana Army National Guard Greenwood recruiting office.

The National Guard Rock Wall is scheduled to be at this year's festival on Saturday.
Crafts
and Food
Any crafter that is interested in renting booth space should contact Portia at Porsch1029@aol.com.
Food vendors that are interested in renting space should contact Rita at ottingerd@yahoo.com.

Kid's Parade and Town Parade
Any parent interested in having their child(ren) participate in the Kid's Parade can contact Dianna Kortzendorf.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult or parent for this event. There will be no gasoline powered vehicles in this parade.
We encourage anyone that is interested in participating in the Town Parade to contact Larry Hughes via E-mail at parn hugh@aol.com. Antique cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles (new and old), etc. are welcome additions to this parade.

Games and Entertainment
Entertainment is planned for varying age groups on Friday night and after the Queen Contest lasting until 10:00pm. If you are interested in helping, please contact Dianna at ladylfoot@netscape.net.
More entertainment will be on Saturday after the contests and parades, and will last until 10:00pm. If you are interested in helping with this or participating, please contact Dianna at 363-9796. Due to restrictions beyond our control, no heavy metal music will be allowed. Light rock, alternative, country, oldies music, etc. will be acceptable. Thank you for your understanding!

Please understand that BAAFA is a Not-for-profit Association, therefore, monetary donations to help fund this and future activities are greatly appreciated. Gift certificates or product donations that can be used as prizes and awards are extremely useful. Please contact Dianna at 363-9796 if you would like to help in these areas.
