Rate Schedules
SCHEDULe rs
Availability: Available for single family residential dwellings. The service will be used strictly as a residence throughout the year and is located on the City's distribution lines suitable and adequate for supplying the service requested.
Character of Service: Alternating current, sixty cycle, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two-wire, or 120/240 volts three-wire.

Minimum Monthly Charge: The minimum monthly charge shall be the Consumer Charge.
Conditions of Service:
| 1. | Service shall be provided based upon the electric utility Rules and Regulations. |
| 2. | Service under this schedule shall be used only for basic residential purposes, energy used for other purposes shall be separately billed. |
| 3. | This schedule is not available to rooming or boarding houses or two or more residential billed together. |
| 4. | Voltage and current limits as defined within IEEE Standard 519 shall be considered acceptable for utility distribution facilities. |
Rate Adjustment: The charges derived in the above rates are subject to adjustment for: PURCHASED POWER COST ADJUSTMENT TRACKING FACTOR (See Appendix A)
Nonrecurring Charges: (See Appendix B)
SCHEDULE CS
Availability: Available for any light and/or power purpose with a monthly maximum load of 49 kilowatts or less. Customer must be located on or adjacent to a distribution line of the utility which is adequate and suitable for supplying the service required.
Character of Service: Alternating current, sixty cycle, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two-wire, or 120/240 volts three-wire, single phase, or three phase 120/240 volts, four wires, or 120/240 volts four wire.

Conditions of Service:
| 1. | Service shall be provided based upon the electric utility Rules and Regulations. |
| 2. | All motors or apparatuses with a starting current in excess of 200 amps at 240 volts shall require approval. |
| 3. | A consumer shall be billed under this schedule when an excess of fifty percent (50%) of installed capacity is for business or other gainful purposes. |
| 4. | The electric utility may require corrective measures to be taken by the customer for any motor or other apparatus which in the opinion of the electric utility will cause or is causing unacceptable voltage fluctuation to other consumers. Unless otherwise determined by the utility, the maximum primary voltage fluctuation will not exceed three percent (3%). |
| 5. | Voltage and current limits defined within IEEE Standard 519 shall be considered acceptable for utility distribution facilities. |

SCHEDULE GS
General Service
Availability: Available for any customer having a monthly maximum load of 50 kilowatt or more except as hereinafter provided and located adjacent to an electric transmission or distribution line of the utility that is adequate and suitable for supplying the service required. Service under this schedule is provided on a yearly basis, non-seasonal basis and is not available as standby power.
Character of Service: Three phase alternating current, 60 Hertz at approximately 120/208 volts four wire, 120/240 volts four wire, 277/480 volts four wire, 480 volts three wire, or other voltages as may be mutually agreeable.

Minimum Monthly Charge: The minimum monthly charge shall be the greater of the Consumer Charge plus Energy and Demand Charges, $1.04 per KVA of transformer capacity or contract amount.
Determination of Billing Demand: The billing demand for any month shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by the consumer for any period of fifteen consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered. The load shall be as indicated or recorded by suitable recording instruments provided by the electric utility and adjusted for power factor as provided within this schedule.
Metering: The electric utility may, at its option, install either secondary or primary metering equipment.
Power Factor Correction: The consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practical. The electric utility reserves the right to measure such power factor at any time. Should such measurement indicate the power factor is less than 95 percent (lagging or leading) at time of peak demand, the demand for billing purposes will be adjusted for the monthly peak demand in accordance with the following formula:
Billing Demand = Maximum Demand x 95%

Conditions of Service:
| 1. | Service shall be supplied in connection with this schedule and with the general rules and regulations of the electric utility. |
| 2. | The consumer shall be required to enter into a written agreement stating the character and amount of load for a minimum contract period of five (5) years with minimum monthly charges, and any other applicable charges. |
| 3. | Three phase motors with a starting current in excess of 250 amps at 240 volts shall require electric utility approval. |
| 4. | The electric utility may require corrective measures or devices for any motor or other apparatus which in the opinion of the utility will cause voltage fluctuation to other consumers. Unless otherwise determined by the utility, the maximum primary voltage fluctuation will not exceed three percent (3%). |
| 5. | Voltage and current limits defined within IEEE Standard 519 at point of common coupling shall be considered acceptable for utility distribution facilities. |
| 6. | The company will supply service from its electrical supply lines at only such frequency, phase, regulation and voltage as it has available in the location where service is required, and will transform it s primary voltage to one standard secondary voltage. Any applicant requiring service differing from that to be supplied as herein provided shall provide proper converting, transforming, regulating, or other equipment upon his own premises and at his own expense. |
| 7. | The consumer shall be responsible for installing undervoltage, overvoltage, phase reversal and/or loss of phase relays for the protection of consumer's own equipment. |

Availability: Available to any standard overhead public street lighting service.
Character of Service: Alternating current, single phase sixty cycle at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two wire or 120/240 volts three wire.

SCHEDULE OL
Availability: Available for dusk to dawn outdoor lighting of private areas of customers who are located on the company's electric supply lines suitable and adequate for supplying the service requested.
Character of Service: The utility will install, own and maintain a bracket mounted suburban type lighting fixture including photo electric control. The fixture will not be mounted on a building or structure not appropriate for supporting such fixture Lamps to burn approximately one-half hour after sunset until approximately one-half hour before sunrise, approximately 4,000 hours per year.
Monthly Rates: Where the lighting fixture can be installed on an existing distribution type wood pole or other supporting device and served from existing secondary facilities with not more than one span of secondary, the rate shall be as follows:

If additional facilities are required to furnish services hereunder, the utility will install, operate and maintain such facilities. The labor, materials and overhead cost of installation of such additional facilities and maintenance expense thereof shall be at the customer's expense.
Terms of Service: Any customer requesting service under this rate shall make written application for such service for an initial period of one year, and such service shall continue from year to year thereafter unless canceled by either party.
Billing: The security light charge will be billed separately on the consumer's regular bill and shall be paid at the time and on the same terms as the consumer's bill.
APPENDIX A
RATE ADJUSTMENT (Applicable to Rates: 1, 2, 3 and 4)
The Rate Adjustment shall be on the basis of a Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased power and energy, in accordance with the order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, approved December 13, 1989 in Cause No. 36835-S3 as follows:

APPENDIX B
NON-RECURRING CHARGES
Whenever service has been disconnected by the utility for reason of non-payment of bills or whenever a consumer requests disconnect and subsequent reconnect during office hours, a $30.00 charge for reconnection must be made. After office hours a $50.00 charge for reconnection must be made.
